Hungary’s Minister of Defence stressed that defending our borders is the most important duty of the Hungarian Defence Force, which is being realised through the sacrifices and conscientious efforts of our troops. The Minister thanked the soldiers for their hard work, expressing his appreciation not only in words, but also in deeds. In view of the approaching Christmas holidays, Mr. Simicskó symbolically presented the military personnel stationed at the border with Christmas presents. The soldiers serving at the various border defence bases mostly received sports equipment and accessories, and the game consoles presented to them by the Minister also serve to help soldiers rest and recuperate between periods on duty.
